Frequently Asked Questions:

1)    How much time does it take to scan a property?

There are a number of variables that can affect the amount of time needed to scan a property including square footage, number of floors, layout of the property (i.e. open concept versus many rooms.)  We ask that you allot 1 hour per floor in order to ensure proper coverage.

2)    How are virtual tour and add on services sent to me?


We will email you the links and embed codes for your virtual tour and Core VR tour.  Photos and floorplans will also be emailed to you as zipped files.

3)    Once I upload the link to the MLS system, how long will it take to appear?


Similar to adding photos and loading a listing it can take 24 hours before the multimedia tab (and link to the tour) appears on REALTOR.ca’s national database.

4)    Is the tour mobile friendly?


The 3D and VR tours are mobile friendly and fully compatible with almost any mobile device.  In fact we have been told it sometimes works better on a tablet or phone than a desktop!

5)    What form of payment do you accept?


At this time we accept cheques or e-transfers.

6)    What is your service area?


Right now we are focusing on the Edson and West Yellowhead area.

7)    How long does a tour stay online?


We provide complimentary hosting of your tour for up to one-year.  

 

8) Do you stage the property?

 

No, we do not stage or clean the property for you.  It is important that the property be ready for scanning before we arrive as moving items during the scan can result in alignment issues.  We may, occasionally, move items such as laundry baskets, waste paper bins etc if we believe they will make for better presentation and will do our best to return them their original position.
 

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason including, but not limited to, an unprepared property or home, pets at large, etc.
